- Contacting guests prior to arrival to clarify their needs, exact arrival time and any questions they may have
- Organization of a welcome package (local products or similar)

- We act as hosts on your behalf and welcome your guests personally
- We ensure that they immediately feel at home
- We can receive your guests speaking German, Russian, English, Polish or Croatian
- Due to our extensive international personal and business backgrounds, we are very comfortable interacting with and welcoming people from all nations
- We will describe and enable the opportunities for local and regional excursions and experiences.
PERSONAL SERVICE
- Registration of guests with the responsible authorities
- Arrangement of airport transfers and other travel requirements
- Transfer organization, if you want to celebrate "more intensely" away from home[mw2]
- 24/7 emergency call
- We can also organize breakfast or deliver pastries
- Checking on guest satisfaction
